Grandy Man

Grandy Man...

Joe's Dad began planning his special move around Thanksgiving....

He had decided to move to Morning Side..Grandy was so precious as he
encouraged us to accept this next chapter in his life..our hearts were
heavy, but of course, we were happy for him ...He was so excited, like a
young man headed off to college..

Last week events delayed his plans...Grandy had a similar scary episode
like he had about a month ago (his throat bleeding) and was taken to the
hospital.  He was admitted to ICU and remained very critical.  He is
doing much better now and is in a private room.  He is regaining his
strength and looking forward to enjoying Morning Side...

Last Sunday was so emotional... Each child had to move the furniture
that once belonged to Joe's parents to our own homes...
It was hard to realize there will no longer be "home" to
"gather-together" like before...

Now, it's our time...
We have to become the memory-makers....
